Diet and exercise! Whodathunkit?
Left: 274 lbs.
Right: 140 lbs.
Duration: 2.5 years
Edit: Even after I had stopped losing weight my body continued to shift and get smaller as it adapted to such a huge change. So I am updating this with a newer photo.

Edit part 2: By popular demand I am adding some details of my weight loss program. I get asked all the time!
I gave up sweets entirely: No pop, candy, cake, cookies, ice cream, syrup, jelly, etc.
I don't eat for at least three hours before I go to sleep.
I only drink skim milk and water.
I eat lots of fruits and veggies.
I only eat when I'm hungry. (Sometimes people think they're hungry when they're really just bored, thirsty, etc.)
Other than that, nothing is off limits.
I find if you make a diet too strict like "No chips, no pizza, no burgers", it just gets to be too much and I could never stick with it.
Sure, I eat those foods a lot less, but I don't deny myself them entirely.
If I really want pizza, I'll have it.
I’ve also added more complex carbohydrates to my diet, such as: 100% whole grain bread, buns, bagels, etc., brown rice and whole grain pastas.
I also exercise 30-40 minutes per day six days per week. My newest exercise program is like 90% dancing and I love it. Most times when my timer goes off, I just keep going and going.
